In New York City of 2008, Archer Monroe (Patrick Warburton), the patriarch of a wealthy and powerful political family, passes away.
Left for his daughter, Lauren, (Lily Collins) is an envelope containing directions to a bunker where she finds a mysterious and imprisoned stranger (Simon Pegg), opening the door to secrets that will threaten to unravel and destroy the lives of the family and everyone around them.
